Agrofruse - Agricola de Frutos Secos, SA, one of the company's listed subsidiaries, is a Spain-based company that is primarily engaged in the exploitation of an agricultural estate named Benavides; and holds an agreement with Frusesa - Frutos Secos Espanoles, S.L. for the exploitation of Benavides, under which Frusesa performs all the operations needed for the development of the plantations, the commercialization of the crops and the management of Agrofruse.
